The Business & Bankruptcy Law Journal is a scholarly journal.
The Business & Bankruptcy Law Journal (BBLJ) is always interested in quality scholarship. While we do have submission guidelines (located below) we do not restrict who may submit articles. We will review any article from interested authors, including: practicing attorneys, professors, professionals, and students. It is our goal to provide both traditional, academic articles as well as practitioner-focused articles, so almost anything you have to write related to the fields of business and bankruptcy is welcome.
The BBLJ requests that submissions conform to the following:
- An abstract should accompany each submission.
- Submissions should be typed in Times New Roman 12 point font and single-spaced for the body of the text, with Times New Roman 10 point font and single-spaced footnotes.
- Completed articles must have footnotes supporting statements of law and fact, conforming to The Bluebook: A Uniform System of Citation (19th ed. 2010).
- The author must provide a contacts page containing the author’s name, address, telephone number, place of business, and e-mail address.
The BBLJ accepts article submissions through Expresso at http://law.bepress.com/expresso/. Here, you may upload your article along with a résumé or curriculum vitae, and submit to the “Business & Bankruptcy Law Journal.” Once submitted, our Executive Articles Editor will review your article, and we will contact you from there. Please email our Executive Articles Editor, Melinda Louque, at firstname.lastname@example.org with any questions you might have before beginning this process.
